We will be gathering in the parking areas of the Utah State Capitol starting at 9:30am, with the parade starting at 11am sharp.
9:30-10:50am – Gather, line-up and finish decorating your vehicles. Our volunteers will be going car to car to hand out programs and sell yellow flags.
The Route
The March will start at the Utah State Capitol and drive down State Street. We are anticipating a fun gathering at the end of the route, depending on health department guidelines. Check back as we get closer to find out the details!
The Radio Program
We're thrilled to announce that K-Talk Radio has graciously offered to host our March for Life Utah program on their station on 1640AM. As the March drives down State Street, participants will be able to tune in and listen to a variety of speakers, and hear updates about pro-life work in Utah. Stay warm in your car, make a big bold statement to the world, and hear every speaker as you go!
The Van Fundraiser – on the road in spring 2021
This year is a huge year for Pro-Life Utah. We have expanded our reach through the purchase of a Mobile Ultrasound Clinic. This clinic is housed in a beautiful Mercedes Sprinter Van that will be parked in front of Utah abortion clinics. In this clinic, we will offer women the ability to see their unborn child via ultrasound technology, fully prepared to help each woman with needs she may have. We offer monetary grants, baby supplies, and help with other life challenges. Our goal is to get this van up and operating by spring of 2021, but you get a sneak peek when it heads up our parade on January 30th, or even take a tour inside! We are so excited for you to see it! In order to open the clinic, we are asking for your help: we are still short on our operating expenses, and we are still looking for employees and volunteers to staff the van.
Car decoration contest
Make it noticeable! If our cars are not decorated, we merely look like traffic! To help facilitate a bright, bold march, we will have blank yellow flags available for purchase. We will also have a variety of decorating ideas below.
