This forum will foster an open dialogue between students and experts and explore the potential of Third Ways, which are alternative economic and social systems that differ in many ways from traditional capitalist and socialist models.

 

About the Speakers

John Medaille

John Medaille

John Médaille is a businessman in Irving, Texas, and an Instructor in Theology at the University of Dallas, where he teaches a unique course on the Social Encyclicals for Business Students. He is the author of Towards a Truly Free Market and The Vocation of Business.

 

brandon R. Peterson

Brandon R. Peterson is an Associate Professor at the University of Utah, teaching topics in Religious Studies for the Philosophy Department. He received his Ph.D. (AOS: Systematic Theology; AOC: World Religions, World Church) at the University of Notre Dame in 2015.

 

Joseph Addington

Joey Addington is a political philosophy student at Brigham Young University and a member of the BYU Tocqueville Society. A staunch Georgist, he is the editor of the online publication, Bright Dawn.
